At our first attempt entering the Great Taste Awards we are very happy to come away with a new award.
Our beef is reared just 11 miles from where we are based on the lush river meadow patures adjacent to the River Wye.
Our farmer Johnny Morris does the hard work of ensuring all of his animals are in perfect health with plenty of good natural grazing.
We then use our decades of skill and custom designed facility to perfectly age the product, controlling temperature, humidity and air flow while the product is dry aged.
The result some of the best beef you can buy. Available throughout Herefordshire or Monmouthshire!
