Flavours of Herefordshire

With a stocked window displaying Herefordshire & Monmouthshire's finest produce we hope to show the people of Herefordshire a little of what we do.
The Hairy Bikers are down to do a cooking demonstration and are going to be using a saddle of venison from us. Shot locally on an estate in North Herefordshire we hope it demonstrates the quality and locality of what we do.
The recipe does look great!
